Simply drive mount into the ground with a hammer or mallet, install the upper protective end cap and slide over your telescopic windsock pole.
Please note, you must remove the bottom screw cap of the telescopic pole before sliding it over ground mount rod. Save the windsock pole cap for dismantling and storage.
